Power outage reported in portions of downtown Toledo

TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) - Crews are trying to determine the cause of a power failure in parts of downtown Toledo.

First Energy is reporting parts of downtown are without power from Spielbusch Avenue into the uptown neighborhood at 21^st Street and Madison Avenue.

As a result, some traffic lights are not operating.

According to First Energy's website, as of 1:45 p.m. 293 people are affected.
