Perrysburg Twp murder suspects indicted by grand jury

TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) - The two men accused in the death of a Perrysburg Township woman have been indicted by a grand jury.

Jose Moya has been charged with murder and tampering with evidence. His brother, Raul Moya, has been charged with obstructing justice.

Police say Jose Moya shot and killed Leandra Frankum last month. Investigators say Raul Moya helped him get away.

Both appeared in court Thursday morning for a preliminary hearing.

No date has been set for their arraignments.
