Distracted driving proposal fails in BG

BOWLING GREEN, OH (TOLEDO NEWS NOW) - Plans to make distracted driving illegal in Bowling Green have failed.

The plan extended beyond texting to other forms distractions to drivers.

City council unanimously rejected the proposal Monday night. The plan had faced criticism from residents.
