TPS to hold parade for Erik Kynard Saturday

TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) – Toledo Public Schools is planning a special homecoming parade for Olympic silver medalist Erik Kynard.

The event is scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday at Rogers High School, where Kynard graduated.

In the 2012 Olympics, Kynard placed second in the men's high jump.

Kynard also appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman Thursday. Watch the video here.
