All three people arrested and charged with obstruction of justice after last week's fatal shooting at the Moody Manor apartment complex are self-proclaimed members of the "Manor Boys" gang.
The shooting killed 1-year-old Keondra Hooks and seriously injured her 2-year-old sister Leondra.
A music video posted publicly on YouTube features lyrics about the complex and shows people wearing clothing with the words "2200 Kent", the address of the complex.
The video also appears to show Keshawn Jennings, one of the men arrested in the case.
Jennings and the two other suspects, Antwoine Jones and James Moore, all have tattoos similar to those featured in the video.
Moore's Facebook page contains posts saying "I'm that same dirty a** manor boy" and "stop snitchin... That's a real bad thing cause you might die too early".
All three men have been arrested at Moody Manor in the past, but none of them live there.
Since the shooting Toledo Police have stepped up policing at Moody Manor and say they are cracking down on gangs like the manor boys.
An anti-gang initiative introduced in the spring called T-CIRV is targeting people like the three suspects.
The ultimate goal of T-CIRV is to bring more serious charges against the worst offenders.
"It's a long term program that measures its effectiveness in years and not months," said Toledo Police Sergeant Joe Heffernan.
