TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) - A Lucas County jury took less than two hours to find a Toledo man guilty of raping a mentally disabled teen.

Ricky Jamison, 51, was found guilty of three counts of rape and one count of kidnapping for his role in the March 2011 attack.

His family was removed from the courtroom following an outburst when the verdict was read.

Jamison rejected a plea deal back in May. He faces up to 40 years in prison and is scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 24.

The 14-year-old victim is a special needs teen who was reported missing by her family before being found safe the next day. She was located in the same area where Jamison was arrested.
