
WAUSEON, OH (Toledo News Now) - The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a three-vehicle crash that occurred shortly before 8 a.m. on County Road D at State Route 108 in Fulton County.
Tiffany Kurivial, 22, of Delta, was traveling westbound on County Road D and failed to stop at a stop sign during foggy conditions at SR 108. Kurivial struck Paula Hall, 63, of Whitehouse, who was traveling southbound on SR 108. Kurivial then struck Tamala McQuillin, 52, of Archbold, who was driving eastbound on County Road D and coming to a stop at the stop sign. Hall's vehicle went off the northwest side of the intersection and came to rest in the grass.
All three drivers were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash.
Kurivial was treated at the scene for minor injuries. Hall had to be extricated from her vehicle and was flown by air ambulance to a Toledo hospital for serious injuries. McQuillin was transported to a hospital in Fulton County for non-life-threatening injuries.
