A bond hearing was held Thursday morning for one of the teenagers accused of beating a man in North College Hill.
Judge Tracie Hunter lowered the teen's bond from $40,000 to 10 percent of $20,000. If he posts bond, he will be the last teen involved in the case to get out of jail after a magistrate ordered all of the teens to the juvenile detention center.
The teens, ages 13 and 14, are accused of beating Pat Mahaney, 45, on Aug. 11 because they were bored. They have been indicted on one count each of felonious assault and aggravated rioting. A trial date has not been set.
