TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) No one has been charged with Moody Manor murder that happened more than a month ago.
The bonds of the three men were lower by a judge Tuesday. The bonds went from $500,000 each to $20,000 for Moore and Jennings and $10,000 for James.
The men were arrested and charged with obstruction of justice in connection with the shooting on August 9 that killed 1 year old Keondra Hooks and seriously injured her 2 year old sister.
The state said the bond was originally set so high because they were seeking murder charges. The charges have yet to be filed.
The three men are still in Lucas County jail. If they post bail they will be released under electric monitoring. There is no word on when those murder charges could come.
