Two of the three men arrested in connection with the shooting at the Moody Manor apartments that killed a Toledo 1-year-old last month have posted bond and been released from jail.
Bond for the three suspects was released earlier this week. All three were charged with one count of Obstruction of Justice. Defense attorneys argued that bond had been sent at $500,000 because the prosecution promised farther charges soon. When more than a month later no more charges had been brought, a judge agreed and reduced bond to $20,000 for two of the men, and $10,000 for the third.
Keyshawn Jennings and Antwaine Jones both posted bond this afternoon and we released. Jennings posted $20,000 in bond, and Jones came up with $10,000 in order to be released.
James Moore, the third man arrested, remains locked up in the Lucas County Jail on $20,000 bond.
When bond for the three was lowered, a judge said that if released they would be placed under electronic monitoring.
