SANDUSKY, OH (TOLEDO NEWS NOW) - Curtis Clinton pleaded not guilty to all charges Thursday for the murder of 23-year old Heather Jackson and her two children.

He faces five counts of aggravated murder, three counts of rape and aggravated burglary.

A grand jury indicted Clinton on evidence of allegedly strangling Jackson to death as well as her 3-year-old daughter and 18-month-old son. The indictment also included a rape charge for the sexual assault of the 3-year-old and a case involving the rape of a 17-year-old girl five days prior.

The judge issued a gag order Thursday, baring the victim's families and attorneys for both sides from speaking to the media.

A pre-trial hearing is scheduled for October 12.
