Adrian, MI shooting suspect arrested in NE OH - ToledoNewsNow.com: News, Weather & Sports for Toledo, OH

YOUNGSTOWN, OH (Toledo News Now) - An Adrian, MI shooting suspect was taken into custody in eastern OH Friday afternoon.

Angel Rodriguez Jr., 21, was arrested in Youngstown by U.S. Marshals. Police believe he shot a man in Adrian, MI earlier this month.

In the beginning of the investigation, Adrian Police developed information that Rodriguez had fled to OH. Adrian Police Detectives requested the U.S. Marshals from Detroit to take over the search.

On Oct. 6 at approximately 3:35 a.m., Adrian Police responded to a call of a shooting in the 200 block of Division Street. The victim, a 21-year-old Adrian resident, was shot in the chest.  He was transported to a local hospital.
