Bond set for man accused of running over 2 women - ToledoNewsNow.com: News, Weather & Sports for Toledo, OH

TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) - Bond was set for a Toledo man accused of running over two women earlier this summer.

Michael Yates, 41, of Toledo, was arraigned Tuesday morning. 

A judge ordered a $2,500 cash bond for one count of aggravated vehicular homicide and supervised bond for his count of vehicular assault. 

Police say back in July, Yates ran his vehicle into two women on Miami Street in front of the Days Inn. Stefanie Arnold, 27, of Painesville, OH, was pronounced dead at the scene. Chelsea Skoch, 23, of Madison, OH, was critically injured.

Yates will be back in court in November.
