Ravens 25, Browns 15: Browns lose the game in the 4th quarter

Posted: Updated:

Phil Dawson's five field goals were the only points the Browns could muster in a 25-15 loss to Baltimore on Sunday.  The Ravens jumped out to a 14-0 lead in the first quarter before the Browns clamped down on defense forcing six straight Baltimore punts.  During that time, Cleveland put together five field goal drives and jumped in front 15-14.  They could not hold it.

The Ravens scored 11 points in the fourth quarter to rally for a 25-15 win.  Torrey Smith beat Joe Haden for a 19 yard touchdown reception to put the Ravens back on top 22-15 after the two point conversion.  They added a field goal moments later when the Browns were held to a four-and-out on their own 28 yard line.  Pat Shurmur opted not to punt, even though they had two time outs and nearly four minutes on the clock.

The Browns fall to 2-7, they're on bye next weekend.
