Cleveland Councilman pleads not guilty to drunk driving

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

A Cleveland Councilman busted for drunk driving went before a judge on Monday morning.

Councilman Eugene Miller pleaded not guilty, and remains free on bond.

Miller was pulled over for speeding around 1 a.m. Sunday morning while traveling on Route 2 near South Marginal.

Police are not saying how fast Miller was going, or his BAC.
