A couple of joggers in the Fort Mill area saw more than they were expecting when they reportedly passed a man running along the road - without any clothing.
According to a York County Sheriff's Officer, two female joggers called 911 to report a man running along Gold Hill Road, near the KOA campgrounds, early Thursday morning wearing only shoes.
Deputies say they spoke with the two female joggers who reported the man. Deputies also went to a home along Citron Avenue where a woman told them a naked man had knocked on her back window asking for a pair of shorts.
The homeowner says she grabbed her cell phone and the naked man ran off.
Deputies and K-9 units were called to the scene and were able to track a scent.
Deputies found a man wearing a red sweat top and plaid pants walking along the road, the report states.
That man, Kevin Hughes, was detained by deputies and "appeared to be high on some form of narcotics," officials told WBTV.
Hughes' sister told deputies that "she was not surprised of his behavior" saying that he has a severe drug problem.
Officials called in medical teams and transported Hughes to Piedmont Medical Center for treatment.
