The man shot and killed Cleveland Police during a deadly chase November 29, 2012 was laid to rest Saturday.
Funeral services for Tim Russell were held in Twinsburg at Sanctuary of Praise.
Russell, 43, was driving the car when police tried to pull him and passenger Malissa Williams over in downtown Cleveland. Police say Russell did not comply with orders to stop.
The chase lasted 25 minutes and 13 officers fired 137 shots.
Both he and Williams were killed.
Monday Attorney General Mike DeWine announced that the Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) is now leading the investigation.
Funeral arrangements for Malissa Williams have not been announced.
