A Cleveland mother charged with murdering her own toddler is now speaking out from behind bars only to 19 Action News.
Camilia Terry is sitting in the Cuyahoga County jail, and she just wrote our Ed Gallek a letter.
"I know I didn't hurt my child and God knows," she wrote.
Terry is facing a series of charges for killing her three year old boy, beating him to death. His body found in the trash.
Terry writes, "People don't know me or what I have been through and they hear one bad thing and run. Hard for me to prove my innocence when so many lies are being told."
Terry, 20, is a mother of three.
"True I'm young but would never hurt or murder my own child," she added.
Terry is being held in what's called Administrative Isolation -- segregation largely to keep other inmates away from her since the crime is so outrageous.
