TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) – Police have arrested a suspect connected to two Toledo bank robberies.
Richard King was arrested Monday evening after being identified by the FBI Northwest Ohio Violent Crimes Task Force. He was interviewed and confessed to committing two robberies.
The first occurred January 10 at the Fifth Third Bank on Secor. The second occurred around 2:30 p.m. Monday at the Key Bank on Talmadge.
In both instances, the suspect entered the bank and handed the teller a note demanding money.
King was charged with two counts of robbery and was booked into the Lucas County Jail.
