ProMedica will offer free mammograms at two locations in northwest Ohio starting later this month to uninsured and under-insured patients.
The screenings will include a clinical breast exam, screening mammogram, education, and follow-up support. ProMedica will provide the services in partnership with ProMedica Cancer Institute, ProMedica Bay Park Women's Services, ProMedica Bay Park Hospital, and Toledo Radiologic Associates.
The program is being funded through a grant from Northwest Ohio Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
-Free screening events will be held at the ProMedica Bay Park Hospital Women's Services located at 1854 Perry Street, Suite 400 in Port Clinton Jan. 26 and Feb. 19. Call 419-738-8080 for more information or to schedule an appointment.
