CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -
Maxine Lobins, 81 was killed the early morning of January 9, 2013 by hit and run driver who has yet to be found. It happened just a couple of blocks from where she lived.
Investigators say Lobins left Steak 'n Shake on Lorain Avenue and was trying to cross with her walker in the cross walk when a black van hit her, then took off.
The victim's son told 19 Action News that the family is offering up to $5000 in reward money in addition to the Crime Stoppers reward of up to $2000.
Those who knew Maxine best want justice for the woman who touched so many lives.
