Cherry Street Mission expects to reach capacity after temps drop

TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

The Cherry Street Mission is expecting a full house Monday night. As temperatures drop, the mission sees an increase in men wanting a warm place to sleep.

The mission is open 24/7 but night intake starts at 7 p.m. Beds, cots and floor space are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

This location is just for men and has a capacity of 200 people. Employees at the mission say they expect to reach capacity over the next few days.
