Bryon Hageman, 43, appeared in court Monday after troopers say he sent them on a chase and rammed a patrol car.
The court appearance was a video arraignment in Sylvania Municipal Court. No plea was entered, but will happen at a later date.
Hageman is being held on a $50,000 bond.
Troopers attempted to pull him over Sunday for reckless driving. They say he refused to stop, leading them on a pursuit. During that pursuit, they say he rammed into a cruiser and shots were fired at him. After taking off again, he was eventually found in a parking lot on Hill Avenue.
Hageman was treated for injuries and then taken to jail.
