TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -
A Toledo firefighter has entered not guilty pleas after facing multiple charges following a crash in December.
Paul Heiss, 31, is charged with failure to stop after an accident, driving under the influence, and disorderly conduct while intoxicated.
The charges stem from an incident Dec. 29 where police say Heiss caused an accident that injured a woman.
Heiss was granted limited driving privileges and has since returned to work.
