TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -
A public meeting was held
Tuesday for parents and taxpayers in the Toledo Public Schools (TPS) district
to weigh in on how they think the district is doing.
TPS is undergoing an
external performance audit, being done by Evergreen Solutions LLC. The audit
team was set up at the meeting to hear from the public on ways they think the
district can improve.
"We'll accept all input we
receive from anyone that comes to the public hearing," said Dr. Linda Recio, of
Evergreen Solutions. "What are their concerns about the district? What should
we look for as an audit team? What are the wonderful things happening? We don't
just want bad things."
If anyone missed the
meeting but still wants to give their input on the district, they can email
survey@consultevergreen.com.
