
The State of Ohio released estimated school funding data for fiscal year 2014 on Wednesday.
Under the governor's budget proposal, the state says Toledo Public Schools would not see a funding increase from fiscal year 2013. Other area school districts could see substantial increases.
The largest of these would be Rossford schools, which could see a 48 percent increase in state funding according to the estimates.
Other local district increases:
Toledo Public Schools would see a 4 percent increase in funding in 2015.
The estimates are based on Governor John Kasich's proposed two year state budget, which was released last week. The budget must be approved by the Ohio legislature before becoming law.
