Toledo police are investigating a suspected hit and run that resulted in a crash early Sunday morning.

A car crashed into a crosswalk pole and drove onto a curb at the intersection of Summit and Galena Streets, before ending up in the front lawn of a North Toledo church.

According to police, the driver may have been hit by another car that took off after the collision.

Officers have not given details on the extent of the driver's injuries.
