The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Marcellus Smith.
Smith is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and Cleveland Division of Police. It is alleged that Smith, along with his brother, shot and killed a man with a shotgun around 2 a.m. New Year's Day.
He is described as a 22-year-old black male standing approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing 175 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
Smith is considered to be armed and very dangerous.
He is believed to be hiding somewhere in Cleveland and has a previous address near the 3100 block of E. 99th St. in Cleveland.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Marcellus Smith is encouraged to contact the NOVFTF at 1-866-4WANTED or text keyword "WANTED" with the tip to TIP411. Tipsters may remain anonymous. A cash reward may be available.
