CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -
A Cuyahoga County Magistrate ruled Monday a 5-year-old boy, whose mom is accused of murdering his 3-year-old brother, will now live with his paternal grandmother.
The boy's mom is Camilia Terry. She is currently behind bars, accused of murdering Emilliano Terry, 3.
Between November 20 and November 26, 2012, Cleveland police say Terry purposely caused the death of Emilliano. On November 25, Terry reported her son missing, resulting in various law enforcement officials searching for the child throughout the Cleveland area.
Interviews following the discovery of the victim's body revealed that Terry admittedly sent police searching for the child knowing she had placed his body in the garbage earlier that week.
Terry also has an infant. The custody hearing for the baby was post-poned on Monday. So far no new court date has been set.
