Firefighters were at the scene of two homes on fire in the 900 block of Buckingham in Central Toledo Friday night.
The fires broke out just before 7:15 p.m.
Dispatch said the homes were likely vacant, and were fully involved when crews arrived. Crews on scene took a defensive position, making sure the flames didn't spread to other homes.
