5 vehicles involved in accident on Highway 155

SMITH COUNTY, TX (KLTV) -

The Department of Public Safety and the Noonday Volunteer Fire Department responded to a multiple vehicle accident on Highway 155 near FM 2868.

According to a DPS trooper, five vehicles were involved in the accident. Four people were transported to local hospitals, although it is not believed that any of the injuries were serious.

Highway 155 has been reopened in both directions.
