(Toledo News Now) -
An Indiana man accused of starting a fire at the Islamic Center of Greater Toledo was back in court Friday.
This is the first time Randy Linn has been before a judge after filing to withdraw his guilty plea at the end of January.
Surveillance videos captured Linn at the mosque when the fire happened in September 2012. In December, Linn pleaded guilty to starting the blaze, even going into detail about how and what motivated him.
Now he is asking to withdraw the plea.
The judge set a hearing for March 21.
Linn has a new attorney who declined to comment.
A supervisor in the U.S. Attorney's Office said she is not surprised by the motion and that Linn is just exercising his rights.
