MENLO PARK, Calif., Feb. 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- ICAP Patent Brokerage announces for auction automotive innovations for retractable hardtop technology (RHT) and seating enhancements from Heuliez SAS. This IP will be included as two lots in the 18th ICAP Ocean Tomo IP Auction on March 20, 2013 at the Rosewood Sand Hill in Menlo Park, California.

This 750+ patent RHT portfolio provides designs suitable for most vehicle sizes and styles.
This portfolio describes innovative flexible car seat configurations. The assets provide solutions that extend rear seat legroom, increase cargo space, improve side impact performance, mitigate human error related to seat adjustments, allow for flexible cabin space configurations, and reduce both seating weight and its attendant costs. This IP package includes patents and designs for a wide range of vehicle types and sizes.
These portfolios are relevant to automotive companies looking to establish or improve their market position in the RHT and/or seating technology spaces.
