The attorney for T.J. Lane, an Ohio teenager accused in a high school shooting, says his client will plead guilty in court.
Lane will be transferring to an adult jail while he awaits trial.
Lane turns 18 years old in one week.
He's accused of killing three students and injuring three others at Chardon High School.
Currently, Lane has a not guilty plea entered. He has until October 1 to change that to a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity.
