BGSU assistant coach resigned because of relationship with student

BOWLING GREEN, OH (Toledo News Now) -

When Bowling Green State University Women's Basketball Assistant Coach Ali Mann resigned on February 21 the university said it was for personal reasons. The school added more detailed information on Thursday.

University officials say Mann resigned because of a personal, consensual relationship with a student. 

Mann was in her first year as an assistant coach. She previously led the Falcons to the "Sweet 16" when she was a player.
