Car flipped, abandoned in downtown Toledo

TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

A car was spotted stuck between a fence and a barricade in downtown Toledo Sunday morning, with no driver in sight.

Toledo police received a call around 5:30 a.m., saying a car was trapped on Owens Corning Parkway.

When crews arrived, they found the car stuck on the sidewalk, between a fence separating the walkway from the river and a barricade.

According to investigators, the driver fled the scene. Police are currently working to identified the person(s) responsible.
