The Owens Community College concert band held their winter pops benefit concert Sunday.
The band played hits from Broadway as well as patriotic favorites.
Money raised at the concert helped the Cherry Street Mission.
Food donations were also accepted.
The event comes at a big time for the mission.
"Oh my goodness we're so excited. We are closing on the Macomber Building and we're just excited about taking our 12 facilities and putting us all under one roof," said Linda Cunning of the Cherry Street Mission.
The concert was free and open to the public.
The band is made up of Owens students and employees as well as people from the community.
