(Toledo News Now) -

Oregon School Board President P.J. Kapfhammer was arraigned in court Monday after an incident in one of the schools last month.

At the beginning of February in the Clay High School workout room, Kapfhammer says he confronted a 25-year-old man with the students who turned out to be an honorary baseball manager with autism.

Kapfhammer was charged with menacing and disorderly conduct. He cannot have any contact with the man or his family.

Hearings in the case will begin later this month in Maumee, due to a conflict of interest in Oregon.
