The stories of Northwest Ohio's past have a new home.
The Perrysburg Historic Museum is putting the final touches on the newly-renovated Spafford House.
In order to keep much of its old charm the original hardwood floors and mantle from the 1800s were kept inside the renovated home.
According to local historian Judy Justus, the house was built in 1833.
Justus says Perrysburg has a strong tie to American history as well, with Perrysburg, Ohio, and Washington, DC, being the only two towns set up the United States government.
The goal of the museum is to tell the stories of the Perrysburg area and its inhabitants, including Native Americans.
Amanda St. Hilaire takes us through a tour of the artifacts inside the Perrysburg Historic Museum on 'Your Morning."
