An Indiana man is set to go before a judge Thursday, and explain why he wants to withdraw his guilty plea to starting a fire at the Islamic Center of Greater Toledo.

Randy Linn asked to change his plea in January, saying he was in an emotional and depressed state when he pleaded guilty.

Investigators say he broke into the mosque last fall and lit a fire that caused extensive damage.
