
One of the biggest St. Patrick's day celebrations of the year took place at the Blarney in downtown Toledo Sunday.
An outdoor tent was set up on Huron Ave. for "Shamrockin''' the Blarney" The event started at 7 a.m. and lasts until midnight.
The Blarney served green beer. Entertainment included live bands and even bagpipes. A green carpet led to the front door.
Proceeds from a five dollar cover charge benefited "Project I Am" which raises money for children with Autism and the Toledo firefighter charities.
The "Ye Ole Cock and Bull" bar, also on Huron Ave, had a similar event today.
