CONGERS, N.Y., March 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Electric Moto Corporation (OTCMarkets: EMOT), (OTCPink: EMOT) announced today that it has met the criteria for completeness and accuracy of disclosure, and has been established as a Current Tier Information and Disclosure provider by the OTCMarkets.com.
Electric Moto, first established as Current Tier in April of 2010, announced then, and has maintained since, that one of the core tenets of its corporate philosophy is to provide full disclosure on all aspects of its operations, whether organizational, financial, or technical.
According to Robert J. Lancellotti, Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Acting CEO, "Our corporate philosophy of seeking quality companies as strategic partners makes it more necessary than ever that we provide a full and accurate description of every aspect of our business. We have made significant progress in the face of a difficult and challenging economic environment, and the best way to continue that progress is in finding Joint Venture partners who can be confident in the full and accurate representation of our company, as it is disclosed on OTCMarkets."
Lancellotti went on to say that, "As I indicated in 2011, not all Pink Sheet companies are the same; only one out of three OTCMarkets/ Pink companies reach the standard of disclosure necessary to be elevated to Current Tier Status. The progress that Electric Moto is making will be fully reflected in the information that is made available to the public on the OTCMarkets site, and we are firmly convinced that the progress that we are making will soon be reflected in the increasing shareholder value in the company."
Electric Moto Corporation (EMOT) is a leading technology and lifestyle company dedicated to the development, production and distribution of zero emission vehicles and related products. The 72 Volt Dual Sport electric motorcycle leads the charge of EMOT's "Green" vehicles.
