Everything must go at Central Middle School in Findlay! They are auctioning off all items inside the school on Saturday.
Gym bleachers, desks and chairs, and even the wood framing on doorways will be up for grabs.
The auction is another step toward tearing down the old school and building a multi-million dollar performing arts center.
All the money made from the auction will go into the district's general fund. Officials are expecting a crowd of at least 400.
"Probably 5-6 hours of auctioneering will take place here, with two different auctioneers going at the same time," said Dennis McPheron, director of operations at Findlay City Schools.
McPheron says he's confident that when the auction's over, the entire school will be empty. Once it is, abatement will begin.
Demolition starts in June. Construction on the new performing arts center will begin later this year.
