A burning cross, a Smith county man beaten and shot by a family member, and in critical condition. We are told this is much more than a family feud, and outraged family members are calling it a "hate crime."
Township leaders say the township's backup wells could be contaminated.

Supervisor Larry Richardson says the problem stems from an incident about 10
years ago, when contaminated water was found near a Brazeway plant. Richardson
said Brazeway has been cooperative, and has agreed to replace the backup wells
if they're found to be unsafe.
