The next day the justices were asked to consider whether the Defense of Marriage Act, passed by congress and signed by President Bill Clinton in 1996, is constitutional.
Jerry sits down with local attorney Richard Kerger to discuss the legal issues at play. Later, the two are joined by University of Toledo Gender Studies Chair Dr. Charlene Gilbert to discuss the cultural aspect and implications of the Supreme Court's decision.
