Mayor Mike Bell is leading a delegation for a trip to Germany, to try to forge
new business relationships and to deepen the bond with Delmenhorst, Toledo's sister
city in that country.

there, the group will visit the Hannover Fair, one of the largest trade shows
in the world, which places a focus on technology development.
