construction project in Monroe County could cause some delays for drivers
trying to get to the Toledo area.
southbound ramp to US-23 from US-223 is shut down starting Monday. Drivers will
have to follow a detour.
the interchange will be redesigned into a roundabout, but the first step is
repairing the ramps.
are being routed to northbound US-23, all the way up to the Summerfield Road
exit. That's where they're advised to turn around and then get on southbound
US-23. The detour adds 10-15 minutes to their commute, and some drivers say the
construction isn't worth it.
