OREGON, OH (Toledo News Now) -

Oregon Police need help catching two criminals who stole a truck and credit cards, one of which belonged to a charity organization.

They were crimes of opportunity on Brown Road. Two men found unlocked vehicles at two different homes between midnight and 6 a.m. on April 9.

The first theft involved three debit cards stolen from a vehicle. One belonged to the victim, and the other two were account cards for Powerkids Sports Ministries. The victim is the organization's treasurer.

"Roughly around $600, so far, that we know of," said Det. Larry George of the Oregon Police. "[The organization] pretty much ran completely out of money."

A few houses down, a black 2012 Ford F-250 Super Duty pickup truck sat unlocked, with keys and the victim's wallet inside. The truck and wallet were both stolen.

Oregon Police believe the crimes are connected. Surveillance pictures show the pickup truck was seen at the same locations and times that the stolen cards were used.

The wallets were recovered, but the truck is still missing.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Oregon Police Department at 419-698-7064.
