Police are investigating a central Toledo shooting that left a 20-year-old man dead. It happened around 1:30 a.m. Friday in the 2300 block of North Detroit Avenue.
Police say Laquan Dunbar, also known as Laquan Gregory, was shot in the head after an argument witnesses say he was having in a parking lot.
According to police, several cars were caught on video leaving the scene. That video will be processed and used as evidence.
Police have been fielding calls from CrimeStopper, checking on leads, and reviewing video, trying to find the man responsible.
Several family members, witnesses and friends spoke to police and have a message for the killer.
"You don't realize you're taking a life, how many people it affects, you know, and then your own life. You don't even realize you shot someone on camera. You don't realize the power of a gun," said Eric Jackson, a family friend.
