Brenda Boudrie says she

Going with the Mayberry
theme, Boudrie's place is named B's Café – from Aunt Bea on The Andy Griffith
The menu features hot
dogs, chili mac, and B's now-famous loaded potato and barbeque beef.
Boudrie says she wanted to
stay open until 8 p.m. throughout the week for families with active schedules.

B's Café is open Monday
through Friday from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m., and Saturdays from 11 a.m. until 5
